The tale of my adventures raising teenagers and a toddler, as told through my stories, recipes, crafts and DIY. I believe in home-cooked meals, creative expression, and getting your hands a little dirty!

Crafting is my hobby. It is my Mommy-time between naptime and school pick-ups. It’s when I should be folding the laundry.

Food is my passion: cooking it, eating it, growing it. I think that you can create a great meal, using fresh ingredients, by understanding flavors and trusting your instincts.

I want to help you let your creative side run free once in a while. The dishes can wait.

I am a wife and stay-at-home mom with a background in culinary arts and baking and pastry. I first learned how to cook from my father and grandmother and have enjoyed being creative from an early age. Sitting down to a home-cooked meal with my family at the end of the day is something very important to me. I love to get my hands dirty in the garden, growing fresh produce year round for my family to enjoy. I am always looking for ways to expand my creative knowledge, and look forward to sharing with you!

My husband and I have been together since 2010. With our three children and three cats, we enjoy living in Northern California, close to both San Francisco and Sacramento.
